F11 San Diego
EEI performed Environmental Due Diligence (pre-demolition hazmat survey) and a Preliminary Geotechnical Evaluation with a subsequent Fault Hazard Study and Geotechnical Testing & Observation during construction for The Richman Group of California Development Company. Construction started in May 2016 on a seven-story luxury apartment building with 5,841 square feet of ground floor retail space on a one-half acre site in San Diego Downtown’s East Village.
The mixed-use project called F11 is located in the tech/design innovation hub called the I.D.E.A. District. F11 will feature 100 apartments, a multi-level partially subterranean parking garage, and extensive recreational amenities. The project is scheduled to open in early 2018.
